Shipping 

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to process. To locate your package, please refer to your confirmation email and view the tracking number. We highly recommend reviewing your shipping information before completing a purchase. Fantasy is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Returns 
All Sales are final. In case you were sent the wrong item or a defective item, contact us at info@fantasy-la.com. If an exchange is permitted, items must be returned unworn, and unwashed with original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping fees. 
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the product description, as well as in your confirmation email. Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-order will not ship out until all items are available.
